At PAX Prime this year we finally debuted our new shirt design, featuring the show’s charming little game mascot and lovingly designed and produced for us by the folks over at Fangamer.

They did a wonderful job with the shirt, it’s a great design and is super comfortable to wear, and it’s also now available to purchase for everyone via the internet.

We keep getting asked for recommendations on books/movies/music &c. that have nothing to do with games so I figured what the heck; I’m going to try to put up a weekly post of something I think is interesting/cool that’s keeping me occupied each week.

If you’re the sort of person who consumes media faster than you can find it hopefully it’ll do some good.

The folks over at Red 5 Studios are holding an event they’ve lovingly entitled “Firefall Fest,” where they are currently livestreaming from now until October 27th. You can find this livestream event on their website at and can also find unique items and other rewards redeemable in Firefall simply for taking part.

Alongside showing the game of Firefall, special guests are joining the crew during the event, and making an appearance on the stream from 3pm – 6pm PST on October 26th is our very own James Portnow.
